1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 cups spinach , fresh
2 eggs
15 ounces ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 cups flour
2 small acorn squash , roasted and mashed ( about 1 1/2 cups )
1 egg

Instructions

11.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the ravioli and cook for 4-5 minutes until they float to the top. Drain the water.
12.Serve the ravioli topped with the vegetable sauce.
