250 g tuna , in water derained
2 tablespoons extra light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
80 g low fat cheese , sliced
2 tomatoes , sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat the panini press.
