Ingredients

1 package rotini pasta or ( 16 ounce ) package tri-color spiral pasta
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 lb hamburger
6 ounces frozen spinach , thawed & drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.Cook pasta according to package directions.
2.Preheat oven to 375°F.
3.Brown the hamburger in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add drained spinach and spaghetti sauce. Stir to combine.
4.Spread half of the cooked pasta in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Pour half of the meat mixture over the pasta. Add remaining pasta and then the remaining meat mixture.
5.Mix sour cream and parmesan cheese together. Spread this mixture on top of the meat mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
6.Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
