Instructions

1.In a heavy saucepan, whisk together 1 cup of sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.

3.In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

8.Add Cointreau and stir it well. Turn off the heat and keep it cool.
