1 cup grapes
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberry
1 cup orange section ( from 6 oranges )
2 cups heavy cream
3 3/4 ounces superfine sugar
1 loaf butter pound cake
6 mint sprigs

Instructions

1.Put the milk in a saucepan over medium heat and bring it to a boil.

7.In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
8.Whisk in the superfine sugar until stiff peaks form.
9.Cut the pound cake into small cubes and spread half of it in a 2-quart glass bowl.
10.Spread half of the fruit mixture on top of the cake.
11.Pour half of the custard over the fruit.
12.Repeat the process to form another layer.
13.Garnish the top with mint sprigs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
14.Serve chilled.
