2 1/2 tablespoons honey , divided , see below
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).

3.Remove hazelnuts from the oven and let them cool.
4.In a food processor, pulse the nuts until smooth.
5.Add half the bananas, 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
6.Add the remaining bananas and 1 tablespoon of honey and blend again.
7.Serve the puree in individual cups, top with chopped candied ginger.
