Instructions

1.Cut the apples into small cubes.

4.Lay out a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle coconut flakes on it. Layer the filling mixture in the middle of the parchment paper.
5.Roll the parchment paper over the filling mixture several times until a shape of strudel is formed. Then wrap it with the left and right sides of parchment paper.
6.Roll the strudel into a tight roll and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator before slicing. Serve with walnut halves, a dried fig, and a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
