6 large eggs , room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 ounce anise flavoring
1 lemon , rind of , grated
1 orange , rind of , grated
1 dash salt

Instructions

6.Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the loaves for 50 minutes or until they are golden brown.
7.Remove the loaves from the oven and let them cool completely before slicing them.
