1 package no-boil lasagna noodles
2 lbs ricotta cheese
1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup roasted pistachios
4 ounces white chocolate , coarsely grated

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa, eggs, and half of the mini chocolate chips. Mix well.
3.Take a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture on the bottom.
4.Layer no-boil lasagna noodles, intermittently with more cheese mixture, until all the noodles and cheese mixture are finished.
5.Sprinkle remaining mini chocolate chips, orange zest, roasted pistachios, and grated white chocolate on top.
6.Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until cheese and chocolate are lightly browned and bubbly.
