Ingredients

5 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
1 dash vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

7.Pipe the mixture onto the baking sheet in strips about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide, leaving 1 inch between each strip.
8.Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
