Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (or 160°C fan-forced) and line two baking trays with baking paper.

6.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

8.Once cool, melt the Toblerone chocolate bars in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Dip the base of each Florentine in the melted chocolate, and place back on the wire rack to set.
