1 1/4 cups powdered sugar , sifted
1 cup cake flour
15 large egg whites
1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.

12.In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Spread whipped cream over the top and sides of the cake.
13.Garnish with chocolate chips and keep the cake in the freezer until ready to serve.
