1 package herb stuffing mix
2 chicken drumsticks
1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 cup zucchini
1 garlic clove , crushed
1 package frozen spinach
1 cup celery
1 cup carrot
1 cup onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon nutmeg
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup cooking wine , white
black pepper , to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Cut bread into cubes, then place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set aside in a large bowl.
3.In a pan, cook chicken drumsticks over medium heat until browned. Add to the bread bowl.
4.In the same pan, cook Italian sausage until browned. Add to bread bowl.
5.In another pan, sauté zucchini, garlic, frozen spinach, celery, carrots, onion, and butter until vegetables are slightly tender.
6.Add the vegetable mixture to the bread bowl.
7.Add herb stuffing mix, cumin, nutmeg, black pepper, chicken broth, cooking wine to the bread bowl and mix until well combined.
8.Transfer stuffing mixture into the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve hot.
