Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C)

3.Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat tomatoes completely.
4.Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the tomatoes are fragrant and lightly browned.
5.Remove from the oven, sprinkle with half of the grated parmesan cheese and toss well.
6.Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tomatoes are caramelized.
7.Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
