1/3 cup brown sugar , packed
1 package dry yeast ( about 2 1/4 teaspoons )
3 1/2 cups bread flour , divided ( about 15 3/4 ounces )
3 tablespoons butter , melted

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup gruyere cheese , grated and divided

1 teaspoon cornmeal

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together warm water, brown sugar, and yeast.
2.Add 1 1/2 cups bread flour and melted butter, mix well.

4.Stir in remaining bread flour and 1/2 cup grated gruyere cheese. Knead until smooth.
