Instructions

1.In a large pot, bring water and broth to a simmer over medium heat. Keep this broth mixture warm over low heat.

4.Stir in the uncooked rice and coat with the melted butter mixture.
5.Add the white wine and let it cook for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
6.Once the wine has been absorbed, ladle in 1 cup of the warm broth mixture and stir frequently until the liquid is absorbed.
7.Repeat step 6, one cup of broth mixture at a time, stirring frequently until the liquid has been absorbed before adding another cup. This should take approximately 25-30 minutes.
8.Add in the remaining butter, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, diced sun-dried tomato, salt, and white pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
9.Garnish with parsley before serving.
