Instructions

1.Chop the peeled pears, plums, apricots, fresh figs, and pitted cherries into small pieces.
2.In a saucepan, combine the chopped fruits, sugar, lemon juice, dry white wine, honey, and mustard powder.
3.Heat the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
4.Let the mixture simmer for about 1.5-2 hours until it thickens and turns translucent.
5.Once done simmering, carefully pour the mixture into sterilized jars and let it cool. Store in a fridge until serving.
