400 g cauliflower
1/2 lemon , juice of , squeezed
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 g butter
1 garlic clove , chopped
100 g gorgonzola
100 g mascarpone
500 ml milk
30 g butter
30 g flour
salt
pepper
nutmeg
Cauliflower with gorgonzola sauce is a vegetarian dish that combines roasted cauliflower with a rich and creamy cheese sauce. This dish is perfect for a cozy dinner with friends or family. The roasted cauliflower is tender and slightly caramelized, while the cheese sauce is tangy and savory. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut cauliflower into small florets and put it in a baking dish. Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the cauliflower, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Roast in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
2.In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the chopped garlic for a minute. Add gorgonzola, mascarpone, and milk. Stir well until the cheese melts.
3.In a separate saucepan, melt 30g of butter, add 30g of flour and cook it slowly, stirring occasionally, until it turns brown. Pour the cheese sauce gradually into the flour sauce stirring well. Cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
4.Serve the roasted cauliflower with gorgonzola sauce.
