1 lb green beans , trimmed
2 garlic cloves , chopped

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2.While the oven is heat up, trim the green beans and chop the garlic cloves.
3.Boil the beans in salted water for around 3-4 minutes or more until it gets cooked. Drain the excess water and keep the beans aside.
4.Fry the garlic on medium heat until golden brown in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the breadcrumbs to the pan and sauté until lightly browned. Combine with the chopped parsley and keep aside.
5.Transfer the green beans to a large mixing bowl and add in the remaining olive oil. Mix it well to coat all the beans.
6.Sprinkle the garlic and breadcrumb mixture over the green beans and toss until well coated.
