Spaghetti Con Salsa Di Noci, or spaghetti with walnut sauce, is a popular Italian dish that's easy to prepare and packed with nutty flavor. The dish features a creamy, satisfying sauce made from toasted walnuts, breadcrumbs, and a few select ingredients. This delicious pasta dish is best served hot with a generous topping of parmesan cheese. Pair it with a green salad or some garlic bread to make the meal complete. It's perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend brunch with family and friends.

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Toast the walnuts in the oven for about 7-8 minutes, until they are golden brown. Allow them to cool for a minute and peel the skins off.
3.Grind the walnuts in a food processor until they are well crushed.
4.Add bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, butter, cream, salt, and pepper to the walnut mixture and mix until well combined.
5.Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 7-9 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and reserve a cup of pasta water.
6.In a separate pan, heat the walnut mixture on low heat for around 3 ‐4 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add the reserved pasta water to make it thinner.
7.Grate the parmesan cheese and mix with the hot pasta and walnut sauce. Serve hot.
