Instructions

1.Clean and dry the lettuce carefully and chop it into parts.
2.In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard and minced garlic to make the dressing.
3.In a separate bowl mix the Italian breadcrumbs and onion.
4.Add artichoke hearts and pimientos.
5.Add olive oil dressing to the salad. Gently toss it until coated.
