Ingredients

6 tomatoes
6 veal cutlets , 1/4 inch thick
1 cup white wine
1/8 cup chives , chopped
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
