1 can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers , drained

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, and baking powder. Mix in milk, vegetable oil, and beaten egg.
3.Grease a 9-inch (23 cm)-diameter glass baking dish with vegetable oil. Spread half the batter over the bottom of the dish and press it down to form the first layer.
4.Spread refried beans over the batter layer.
5.In another mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, blue cheese salad dressing, and turkey chili. Spread this mixture over the beans.
6.Sprinkle half of the shredded Mexican cheese on top of the turkey chili mixture. Add another layer of the remaining batter on top of the cheese layer.
7.Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
8.Let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
9.Spread shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers on top of each slice and serve warm.
