1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 package large curd cottage cheese
1 pound mozzarella cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
3.In a large skillet, cook ground beef and minced onions over medium-high heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
4.Drain excess fat from the skillet. Add salt, garlic salt, and spaghetti sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5.Layer half of the cooked noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spoon half of the beef mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with half of the cottage cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers with the remaining noodles, beef mixture, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
6.Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
