1 package jumbo pasta shells
3 pounds ground beef
2 eggs , lightly beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons parsley
1 package cream cheese , at room temperature
1 1/2 jars pasta sauce
1/2 cup freshly grated Romano cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Boil jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions.
3.In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the grease.
4.In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add olive oil, minced garlic, garlic salt, parsley, Romano cheese, and cream cheese. Mix well.
5.Add the cooked ground beef to the mixture, and mix well.
6.Stuff each shell with 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture.
7.In a large baking dish, pour enough pasta sauce to cover the bottom. Place the stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
8.Pour the remaining pasta sauce over the stuffed shells.
9.Bake for 25 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the shells are cooked through.
