Brownie Alpine Biscotti is a delicious treat derived from traditional biscotti. It is a dessert consisting of chocolate, almonds, and white chocolate, delivering a crispy texture and rich flavor. Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, ground almonds, flour, and baking powder.
3.Add egg, egg whites, and almond extract to the bowl and beat them well until everything is smooth and well combined.
4.Gently stir sliced almonds and white baking chocolate into the bowl mixture.
5.Transfer the mixture onto the sheet and make it in a rectangular shape 10- by 4-inch.
6.Bake for 25 minutes until the center of the mixture is firm.
7.Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet.
8.After 10 minutes, transfer the mixture to a cutting board and slice it with a serrated knife into 1/2-inch-thick pieces before arranging them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
9.Reduce your oven temperature to 325°F and bake the biscotti for another 10-12 minutes until they are dry and crunchy.
