300 g Toblerone chocolate bars , roughly chopped ( )
150 g butter , chopped
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup plain flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
cocoa , for dusting

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 160C.
2.Grease and line a 21cm square cake tin.
3.In a medium saucepan, melt toblerone and butter over low heat.
4.Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until well combined.
5.Stir in flour and mix until well combined.
6.Add eggs and mix well.
7.Add sour cream and mix until well combined.
8.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
9.Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
10.Allow to cool completely in the tin before turning out onto a wire rack.
11.Dust with cocoa and cut into pieces.
