Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 175C (350F). Grease a 24-cm springform pan.
2.In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and butter with a hand mixer to make the dough.
3.Press the dough evenly onto the bottom and sides of the greased pan.
4.In another bowl, mix the curd cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, grated lemon zest, and sweet almond oil with the hand mixer until smooth.
5.Pour the curd cheese mixture into the dough evenly.
6.Bake the cake for about 60-70 minutes until golden brown.
7.Let cool the cake completely in the pan, and then chill in the refrigerator.
