Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a small saucepan, bring water and 1/2 cup butter to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 unsweetened chocolate squares until melted.

7.In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter and remaining 1 1/2 unsweetened chocolate squares together. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups of powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
8.Gradually add in remaining powdered sugar until frosting reaches desired consistency.
9.Spread chocolate frosting over brownies while they are still warm. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
