Ingredients

1 garlic clove , peeled and halved
2 1/2 tablespoons butter or 2 1/2 tablespoons margarine , divided
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup water
5 medium new potatoes
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
3/4 cup green onion , thinly sliced
2 cups swiss cheese , shredded
1 1/2 cups beef broth

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rub inside of baking dish with garlic and 1/2 tablespoon butter.
2.Add remaining butter, lemon juice, and water to a pot and bring to a boil. Slice potatoes thinly and add to pot, cooking for 4 minutes.
3.Drain potatoes and allow to cool slightly.
