Ingredients

4 medium potatoes ( new potatoes or red potates are best )
1 pinch salt
8 ounces cheese ( any kind , but Swiss Emmental or Gruyere taste great when toasted )

Instructions

1.Clean and slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch rounds, then boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
