Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together spinach, ground beef, ground pork, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

7.In a separate bowl, whisk together red wine and water, then pour the mixture over the Lover's Loaf.
8.Bake in the oven for 1 and 1/2 hours, until the internal temperature reads 160°F on an instant-read thermometer.
