Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless round steak
1 clove garlic , minced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
3 slices bacon , cut into 1 inch pieces
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Pound the meat to a thickness of approximately 1/4 inch.
3.In a small bowl, combine garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, bacon, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the meat.
4.Roll the meat and secure with string or toothpicks.
5.In a large heavy skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high flame and begin to brown the meat.
6.Add the spaghetti sauce and enough water to cover the meat.
7.Cover the skillet and bake in the oven for an hour or until meat is tender.
8.Remove the string or toothpicks, slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
