3/4 pound ground beef
1/2 pound salami , chopped
1/2 pound pepperoni sausage , chopped
1 onion , minced
2 cans stewed tomatoes
16 ounces tomato sauce
6 ounces tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
9 lasagna noodles
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
9 slices white American cheese
grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, salami, pepperoni, and onion until the meat is browned and the onion is translucent.
3.Stir in the stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
5.In a large mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese.
6.Spread a layer of the meat mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles. Spread the cheese mixture over the noodles. Place the American cheese slices over the cheese mixture. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of the meat mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
7.Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
