Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, salt, and pepper until a smooth batter forms.

3.Repeat with the remaining batter to make 12 crepes.
4.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
5.In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion powder. Cook for 30 seconds.
