1 pound skinless , boneless chicken breast - cooked and diced
4 cups spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion , chopped
1 small green bell pepper , chopped
1 can mushrooms , drained
1 egg , beaten
1 container ricotta cheese
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

3.In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, egg, and ricotta cheese. Mix well.
4.Spread a thin layer of the spaghetti sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top. Add half of the chicken and ricotta mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of blue cheese. Repeat layers, then top with remaining sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
5.Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
