Instructions

6.Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
7.Remove skillet from heat and stir in butter until melted.
8.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9.Slice the filet into 1-inch thick pieces and drizzle with the Madeira-mushroom sauce.
10.Top with chopped parsley and serve hot.
