Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

8 tablespoons unsalted butter , cold and cubed
2 tablespoons ice water
4 -6 slices bacon , cooked crispy and crumbled into bit size pieces
6 cups onions , 1/4-1/2-inch slices
1 sprig thyme
2 eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
salt and pepper
