Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

3.Add sprouted wheat flour and mix well until the batter is smooth.
4.Melt coconut oil and add it to the batter while stirring constantly.
5.Pour in lemon juice and stir well to combine.
6.Grease a madeleine mold with coconut oil and spoon the batter into the molds.
7.Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and lightly crisp.
8.Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
9.Serve and enjoy!
