4 eggs , beaten
3/4 cup water
3 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix the eggs, water, flour, and salt together to form a smooth dough.
2.Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3.Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4.In a skillet, brown the ground chicken over medium heat. Once browned, set aside.
5.In the same skillet, sauté the spinach and onions in melted butter until tender.
6.Once the spinach and onion mixture has cooled, mix in the cooked ground chicken, 3 tablespoons Asiago cheese, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, and black pepper.
