Instructions

4.Press mixture onto the bottom of the prepared springform pan, bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
5.In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
6.Add cocoa, flour, and condensed milk; beat until smooth.
7.Beat in egg whites, egg, melted semisweet chocolate, and vanilla extract until well combined
8.Pour mixture onto the cooled crust and bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
9.Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
10.Melt semisweet chocolate morsels, milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and unsalted butter together in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
11.Pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the cheesecake; let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes
12.Sprinkle with sea salt.
13.Serve chilled or at room temperature.
