PROS

These breakfast baskets are a perfect combination of protein, veggies, and cheese in a convenient and delicious package.
They are simple to make, easy to customize, and are sure to impress brunch guests.

CONS

Cooking the perfect hollandaise sauce can be challenging.
Overcooking can cause the eggs to curdle, and undercooking can result in a raw egg taste.
Additionally, the calorie and fat content of this dish can add up quickly, so it’s best enjoyed in moderation.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

These English Muffin Benedict Baskets pack in a variety of healthy ingredients. Spinach is high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can support overall health. Eggs are an excellent source of protein that can keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer. Tomatoes are a great source of vitamins C and K, as well as potassium. However, the hollandaise sauce contains butter and egg yolks, which can add up in calories and fat. But, goat cheese can be a healthier alternative to traditional hollandaise sauce, as it is lower in calories and fat and contains vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin B.
