Instructions

6.Stir in the sugar and unflavored gelatin, whisking until completely dissolved.
7.Cut the challah into 1-inch pieces.
8.Spread the raspberry jam onto the bread cubes and place them in six 4-ounce ramekins.
9.Pour the milk mixture over the bread and jam.
10.Refrigerate the ramekins for at least 3 hours or until set.
11.Garnish with additional mint leaves and dried cranberries if desired. Serve chilled.
