Instructions

1.In a shallow bowl, mix together beaten eggs, olive oil, and butter.
2.In another shallow bowl, mix together flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3.Dip each fillet/chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture.
4.In a large pan, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook fillets/chicken breast until golden brown.
5.Flip fillets/chicken and repeat on the other side until cooked through.
6.Remove fillets/chicken from the pan and keep warm in the oven.
7.In the same pan, add white wine, water, lemon juice, and parsley. Cook until the sauce thickens.
8.Serve fillets/chicken with the sauce poured over them, and garnish with lemon slices and parsley (optional).
