1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon crumbled dried thyme

1/8 teaspoon onion powder
2 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese , or more if desired
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 roma ( plum ) tomato , diced

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and stir in yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until frothy.

7.Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on a pizza pan. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over pizza, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
8.Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the Alfredo sauce and arrange cooked chicken over the cheese. Add chopped bacon, spinach leaves, tomato and top with Parmesan cheese.
9.Bake pizza until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown for about 15-20 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice it into pieces.
