Ingredients

1 cup hazelnuts
3/4 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
2 teaspoons honey
3 ounces chocolate

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet.

7.Melt the chocolate over a double boiler, then dip each hazelnut marble into the chocolate and place it back on the parchment paper. Let the chocolate set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
