6 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon olive oil , divided
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3 roma ( plum ) tomatoes , chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic , minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 8x8-inch squares of heavy duty aluminum foil

Instructions

1.Preheat grill for medium heat.
2.Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.

6.Cut six 12x18-inch sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Fold each in half and crease.
7.Place chicken breast in the center of one half of the foil.
8.Spoon tomato mixture evenly over chicken breasts.
9.Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the tomato mixture.
10.Fold the other half of the foil over the chicken and fold up edges of all four sides to create a tented pouch.
11.Place foil pouches on the grill grate. Cover grill.
12.Grill chicken for 18 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
