Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F

4.In a baking dish, layer half of the potato mixture and sprinkle with half of the bacon bits and half of the Gruyere cheese. Add another layer of the potato mixture and sprinkle with the remaining bacon bits and cheese.
5.Drizzle the double cream over the top and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
