24 ounces godiva white chocolate , chopped
2 -3 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liquor
3 ounces godiva white chocolate
red food coloring
fresh raspberry ( optional )
sugared mint leaf

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
2.In a medium bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3.In a large bowl, beat the butter and Chambord raspberry liquor until creamy. Add the eggs and whisk until light and fluffy.
4.Gradually add the sugar to the butter mixture, beating until well combined and creamy. Add vanilla extract, raspberries, and heavy cream to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.

6.In a large saucepan, combine the chopped white chocolate and Chambord raspberry liquor. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
7.Using a small cookie cutter, cut the cake into petit fours. Dip each petit four into the melted white chocolate mixture, then place on a wire rack to cool.
8.To create the raspberry glaze, combine the remaining white chocolate and red food coloring. Melt and drizzle over the cooled petit fours. Top each petit four with a fresh raspberry (optional) and sugared mint leaf.
