Ingredients

210 g unsalted butter
1/2 cup plain flour or 1/2 cup blended gluten-free plain flour
1 2/3 cups icing sugar ( confectioners sugar )
1/2 cup ground almonds ( almond meal )
6 large egg whites
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

3.Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks.

6.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
7.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
8.Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe them onto a greased madeleine tin.
